The Little Steps Co. is an tevents company specialising in hires for private and corporate events, with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences for children. From soft play setups to bouncy castles and balloon arrangements, they cater to families and businesses looking to create unforgettable moments. Recently, they expanded their offerings with "Little Steps Stay & Play," a soft play café designed for young children.

The opportunity

After a successful first year in operation, Little Steps Co. began to pivot its offerings and target a broader audience. With this expansion, the company realized that its existing brand no longer reflected its evolving direction. They needed a refreshed identity that would resonate with their new audience and elevate their market presence as they grew into new areas of business.

What we did

Our work began by honing in on what Little Steps Co. does best—creating unforgettable memories for children. We overhauled their messaging to reflect this focus and completely revamped their visual identity. The new brand was designed to be cleaner and more sophisticated, featuring a fresh color palette that speaks to their evolving audience.

We embraced a digital-first approach, developing new animations and placing a strong emphasis on their social media presence. Additionally, we introduced new mascots that not only add charm but also serve as themes for their various service packages. With a comprehensive website overhaul in the works, Little Steps Co. now has a digital platform poised to capture a significant share of the market.

The outcome

With the new brand firmly in place, Little Steps Co. successfully launched "Little Steps Stay & Play," a sub-brand that offers a play center and café in Banstead, Surrey. The Stay & Play sub-brand integrates key elements from the main brand while introducing a cheerful sun icon that adds a unique identity to the new venture.

The Stay & Play location now offers food and beverages as part of its larger play experience, supported by a new website and a seamless booking system that integrates with their existing payment platform.

Since the rebrand, both Little Steps Co. and Little Steps Stay & Play have seen significant success, with strong growth and exciting expansion plans on the horizon.
